4-year-old Jayden was so excited to take his new prosthesis home! ☺️ He’s been a POA kid since he was a baby, but this is the first time we were able to fit Jayden with an AK prosthesis, without a hip belt. Jayden has just a tiny amount of femur bone, but the tissue around it has grown enough to allow him to use a double-wall socket. He is also using a hydraulic knee that most kids his age don’t have strength to bend, but Jayden was walking - and soon running - around like a champ within minutes
